الوعي البيئي لآثار المصانع علي السکان والبيئة : دراسة تطبيقية على سکان حي العزيزية في مدينة الرياض

تعمل الدولة على المحافظة على البيئة وحمايتها وتطويرها ومنع التلوث عنها " - الأمر الذي يعد تتويجاً بالغ الأهمية لما توليه الحکومة لخدمة العمل البيئي وصون الموارد الطبيعية، تصدّت الهيئة العليا لتطوير مدينة الرياض لمواجهة المشکلات البيئية في مدينة الرياض وذلک من ناحية المحافظة على المعالم والموارد الطبيعية البارزة في مدينة الرياض وما حولها وتطويرها وتهيئتها لاستخدامات تتناسب ووضع کل منها والتصدّي للمشکلات البيئية الطارئة ومعالجتها وتنمية مدينة الرياض وتطويرها من خلال برنامج  تنموي وتطويري يراعي فيه المتطلبات البيئية ، تتم دراسة أسباب تلوث الهواء في مدينة الرياض بالتعاون مع مصلحة الأرصاد وحماية البيئة، لتحديد أنواع التلوث وکميات الملوثات ومصادرها، لتکوين قاعدة معلومات تساعد على تفادي مشکلة تلوث الهواء، الأمر الذي يؤکد أهمية البرامج التنموية والبيئية المطبقة من خلال الهيئة العليا لتطوير الرياض والهيئة الوطنية لحماية الحياة الفطرية ومصلحة الأرصاد وحماية البيئة...لمواجهةالتحدياتالبيئية والتصدّي لها بشکل مباشر وفعّال.                                      
أوضحت بعض الدراسات السابقة أن هناک تلوث بيئي تتعرض له بيئة المنطقة الصناعية والمناطق المجاورة لها، کما أوضحت عدداً من الدراسات الجهود التي تقوم بها الجهات المختصة للحفاظ علي البيئة وحمايتها.
ترکز هذه الدراسة على دراسة الوعي البيئي لآثار المصانع علي السکان والبيئة في حي العزيزية ، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن هناک وعي لدي سکان حي العزيزية بالجهود التي تقوم بها الدولة للحفاظ على البيئة والإنسان ،إضافة لفاعلية الأنظمة والسياسات التي تفرضها الجهات المختصة على المصانع ، کما أن هناک وعي لدى السکان بالآثار والأخطار التي يتعرضون لها من المصانع القريبة من مساکنهم
أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تکثيف ا\الغطاء النباتي داخل المنازل وخارجها في الأحياء القريبة من المنطقة الصناعية الثانية ،ونقل المصانع الثقيلة التي تؤثر على البنية التحتية للأحياء المجاورة لها، وان تتولى إدارة المصانع نشر الوعي بالأخطار والآثار الناجمة عن مخلفات المصانع ، مع وضع وتفعيل غرامات للمصانع التي لا تلتزم بالتعليمات المختلفة للحفاظ على البيئة.
The state shall endeavour to conserve, protect and develop the environment and prevent pollution"- which serves as the culmination of the government's efforts to protect the environment and conserve natural resources. The Development Authority of Riyadh addressed the environment issues of Riyadh city through the preservation of landmarks and natural resources of the city and its environs, it also addressed ways of dealing with urgent environmental issues through a development program that take into account the environmental requirements. Moreover, in collaboration with the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, the causes of air pollution of Riyadh city is being carefully studied to identify types of pollution, quantities of pollutants and their sources, to build a database that will help prevent air pollution, which reinforce the importance of the current developmental and environmental programs initiated by the Development Authority of Riyadh, the Saudi Wildlife Authority and the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection Furthermore, previous studies have shown that the industrial zone and the surrounding areas are exposed to air pollution; more studies have also highlighted the efforts made by the competent authorities to conserve the environment. This study focuses on the environmental awareness and the impact of the pollution caused by factories, on both the environment and the people of  Al Aziziah neighbourhood, it concluded that people who live in Al Aziziah neighbourhood are fully aware of the efforts exerted by the government to protect humanity and conserve the environment, and are also aware of the dangers which they are exposed to, it also shows the effectiveness of the policies and regulations developed by the competent authorities on the factories. Additionally, the study stresses the importance of indoor and outdoor vegetation in the surrounding areas of the industrial zone, and it recommends relocating heavy industrial factories to the surrounding neighborhoods. It also recommends that the administrations of those factories raise awareness on the risks and the impacts of waste, and to impose fines for possible violations.
