نشأة وتطوربـحيرة ناصر وأخوارها ( 1964 - 2019)

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع " نشأة وتطور بحيرة ناصر وأخوارها" 1964- 2019 " حيث ظهرت بحيرة ناصر  الي الوجود بعد بناء السد العالي وحجز مياه نهر النيل في المنخفض الكبير الذي يمثله مجري النهر والشواطئ علي جنباته , واخدت البحيرة في الامتلاء بالتدرج من عام 1964وحتي عام 1978 حيث وصل منسوب ارتفاع مياه النيل خلف السد في بحيرة ناصر بلغ ارتفاعه الي  178 متراَ وواصل الارتفاع بعد ذلك حتي اعلي منسوب له وهو 182م ,أي ان الامتلاء استمر تدريجياَ لمدة اربعة عشر عام (من عام 1964 الي عام 1978) ,والبداية التي ذكرناها عام 1964 عندما ادمج سد التحويل ناحية اعلي النهر في جسم السد , الا ان التزايد السريع للتخزين بدا واضحا بعد الانتهاء من اعمال السد وافتتاحه رسميا في عام 1971ولهذا يمكن اعتبار عام 1971 هي البداية الواقعية لامتلاء الخزان خلف السد ومساحة البحيرة 5000 كم2 وقدرت في فترات امتلاء زائدة بحوالي 5600 كم2 .
       ترتب على امتلاء بحيرة ناصر متغيرات كثيرة في جنوب مصر وعلى الحدود السودانية فأصبحت البحيرة املاً وحلماً عند كل المصريين لتساهم بمساحتها الكبيرة في زيادة الانتاج السنوي من الاسماك وباقي الاحياء المائية بما يفيض عن الاحتياجات السنوية وإنعاش الموازنة العامة للدولة من مثل هذه المشاريع الواعدة المبشرة لكل سكان مصر ووادي النيل.
      ولإنجاز البحث بشكل مترابط، آثرت الباحثة إلى معالجته عبر المحاور الآتية:  نشأة بحيرة ناصر ، تتابع بحيرة ناصر من كل أوجه تطوير اعمالها وانتاجها الذي كان مبشرا في البداية ، انتكاس البحيرة بعد ذلك وعدم إيفائها بالإنتاج المطلوب ولا اعمال التطوير علي جنباتها في كل المجالات الاقتصادية زراعة صناعة خدمات كما هو مخطط، أخوار بحيرة ناصر وأهميتها ، بدايات التحول بالتحديث ومراجعة خطط العمل لمحاولة أستعاده نشاط البحيرة ووضع البحيرة وجنباتها وأخوارها موضع الاستفادة  والدراسة تقدم ذلك بكل التفاصيل والبيانات التي اعطت صورة كاملة عن بحيرة ناصر منذ نشأتها عام 1971 م وحتي 2019.      
 تمت الاستعانة بمادة، متنوِّعة من المصادر والمراجع، تنوَّعت المادة المستخدمة في البحث بين مجموعة من التقارير، والأبحاث المنشورة، والدوريات العربية والأجنبية، والمراجع العربية والأجنبية، مواقع الانترنت.   
 
Abstract:
This study deals with the topic of "The Origin and Development of Lake Nasser and its Falls " 1964- 2019 " where Lake Nasser came into existence after the construction of the High Dam and the reservation of the waters of the Nile River in the great depression represented by the course of the river and its shores, and the lake began to fill gradually from 1964 to 1978, where The level of the Nile water rise behind the dam in Lake Nasser reached a height of 178 meters, and after that it continued to rise until its  highest level, which is 182 m.  
Filling continued gradually for fourteen years (from 1964 to 1978), and the beginning we mentioned in 1964 when the diversion dam was integrated upstream in the body of the dam, but the rapid increase in storage became evident after the completion of the dam's work and its official opening in 1971. Considering the year 1971 as the realistic beginning of the filling of the reservoir behind the dam, the area of ​​the lake is 5000 km2, and it was estimated during periods of excess filling of about 5600 km2.
 
The fullness of Lake Nasser resulted in many changes in southern Egypt and on the Sudanese borders, so the lake became a hope and a dream for all Egyptians to contribute, with its large area, to increasing the annual production of fish and the rest of the aquatic life in excess of the annual needs and reviving the state’s general budget from such promising  projects for all the residents of Egypt and the Nile Valley.
 
In order to accomplish the research in a coherent manner, the researcher preferred to treat it through the following axes: The emergence of Lake Nasser, Lake Nasser follows up from all aspects of developing its business and production, which was promising at the beginning, the lake’s relapse after that and its failure to meet the required production and development work on its flanks in all economic fields. Agriculture Service industry as planned, the lagoons of Lake Nasser and its importance, The beginnings of the transformation by modernization and review of work plans to try to restore the activity of the lake and put the lake and its sides and lakes into advantage. The study provides this with all the details and data that gave a complete picture of Lake Nasser since its inception in 1971 AD until 2019.
 A variety of sources and references were used. The material used in the research varied between a group of reports, published research, Arab and foreign periodicals, Arab and foreign references, and Internet sites.
