المسؤولية المجتمعية للجامعات في المجتمع المصري:
دراسة ميدانية مقارنة بين جامعتين حکومية وخاصة

المخلص: أجرت الباحثة دراسة ميدانية مقارنة بين جامعة حکومية (جامعة المنوفية) وجامعة خاصة (جامعة 6 أکتور) اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان، وذلک على عينة بلغت (212) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعتين محل البحث. خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة الجامعتين محل البحث للمسؤولية الاجتماعية جاءت متوسطة في اربعة أبعاد وهي: المسؤولية تجاه المجتمع، المسؤولية تجاه البيئة، المسؤولية تجاه الموارد البشرية، المسؤولية تجاه المستفيدين. اظهرت الاختبارات الاحصائية وجود فروق دالة عند مستوى معنوية بلغ (0.01) بين الجامعة الحکومية والخاصة على أبعاد المسؤولية الخمسة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الجامعة الخاصة.


Societal responsibility of universities in the Egyptian society: A comparative field study between a public and private universities.
Abstract: The researcher conducted a comparative field study between a public university (Menoufia university) and a private university (6th of October university). The researcher relied on social survey method and used the questionnaire tool on a sample of (212) faculty members in the two universities in question. The results of the study concluded that the degree of societal responsibility practice in the two universities was moderate in four dimensions: responsibility towards society, responsibility towards environment, responsibility towards human resources and responsibility towards beneficiaries. The statistical tests showed function differences at the level of significance reached (0.01) between the public and private universities on the five dimensions of responsibility. The differences came in favor of the private university.
